Terms & Conditions

These terms help make sure everything is clear and straightforward for both of us. By booking a session or package with Riverside Studio, you agree to the following.

Booking & Payment

  • All sessions and packages are booked and paid for in advance via the website.

  • Monthly packages are billed on a rolling monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time.

  • There are no long-term contracts or minimum commitments.

Scheduling & Rescheduling

  • Shoot dates are booked in advance.

  • If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Late cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.

What’s Included

  • Each package includes exactly what is listed on the Packages page.

  • Posting, scheduling, captions, and written copy are not included.

  • Event coverage, staged promotional shoots, or busy service periods are not included in standard packages unless agreed in advance.

Content Style & Editing

  • Content is captured in a natural, documentary style.

  • Editing includes colour correction, exposure adjustments, and light retouching.

  • Raw (unedited) files are not supplied.

  • Revisions are only included where explicitly stated in the package.

Delivery

  • Content is delivered digitally within the timeframe stated in your package.

  • Files are supplied ready to use on social media and websites.

Usage Rights

  • You are free to use the delivered content for your business marketing, including social media, websites, and printed materials.

  • Riverside Studio retains the right to use any content created during shoots for its own website, social media, portfolio, and marketing purposes.

  • If you would prefer certain content not to be shared publicly, this can be discussed in advance.

Access & Co-operation

  • You agree to provide reasonable access to your venue and space during the shoot.

  • While every effort is made to work around service, quieter periods are recommended for best results.

Liability

  • Riverside Studio will take care while working on-site, but is not responsible for any disruption to service or venue operations.

  • Clients are responsible for securing any necessary permissions to photograph inside their premises.

Cancellations

  • You are free to cancel at any time.

  • Riverside Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a shoot due to illness, emergencies, or circumstances outside of control. In these cases, an alternative date will be arranged.

Refunds

  • All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

  • This includes taster sessions, one-off sessions, and monthly packages.

  • Monthly packages can be cancelled at any time, but payments already made are non-refundable.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

  • If a client is unavailable at the agreed time or does not provide access to the venue, the session will be considered completed.

Monthly Packages

  • Monthly packages include one session per billing period unless otherwise stated.

  • Sessions must be used within the active billing month and do not roll over.

  • Missed sessions cannot be carried forward or refunded.

Additional Requests

  • Any work outside of the agreed package scope will be quoted separately.

  • Requests for additional edits, content, or shoot time are treated as add-ons, and are quoted separately.

Professional Conduct

  • Riverside Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in cases of abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour.

  • In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
